Returns & Exchanges
Online purchases can be returned within 28 days and will be eligible for a full refund. You must notify Toni Bond Interiors of your intent to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. A refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
If any goods are found to be faulty, Toni Bond Interiors will offer a complete refund or exchange. Notification of faulty goods must be made within 24 hours of receiving the items to qualify for a refund.
Should you wish to return a product, it is your responsibility to take reasonable care to ensure that the items remain undamaged during the return process or whilst in transit. Toni Bond Interiors reserves the right to refuse a credit note on the item if we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-sellable condition. We aim to process these refunds as soon as possible but this may take up to 30 days from the date of cancellation.
Custom made orders
Items that are custom-made on behalf of a customer are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Toni Bond Interiors will only consider offering an exchange or refund if an item is found to be faulty.
All goods will remain the property of Toni Bond Interiors until they are paid for in full.
Cancellations on custom made orders
No cancellations can be accepted once an order has been scheduled for production. Orders cancelled before production will incur a 25% cancellation charge to cover administrative and design costs.
