Delivery
Toni Bond Interiors aims to dispatch goods within 5 working days once Toni Bond Interiors has received the full invoice amount. Earlier shipping is not typically feasible as the shipping date depends on suppliers and manufacturers.
Delivery within the UK is expected to take 2-3 working days, while delivery within the EU and the rest of the world may take up to 10 working days. Please contact the Toni Bond Interiors Customer Service Team for specific shipping quotes.
It is your responsibility to accept delivery at your designated address. For international deliveries, you are responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and complying with all applicable legislation and regulations for exporting goods from the UK and importing them into the destination country. You are also responsible for paying any relevant import duties and taxes.
Toni Bond Interiors does not assume any sourcing risk and is only obligated to ship from existing stock or from stock ordered from suppliers. Toni Bond Interiors has no liability to you if its obligations to ship products to you cease to exist when, through no fault of its own, it does not receive goods in full or on time from suppliers (provided that Toni Bond Interiors has promptly informed customers of the supplier's failure and has not explicitly agreed to assume separate sourcing risk). In such cases, any payments made by you will be refunded.
In cases of force majeure (as subsequently described), shipping duration may reasonably increase. Force majeure includes strikes, lockouts, official interventions, energy or resource scarcity, shipping difficulties, business complications such as fire or water damage to machinery, lightning, or any other unforeseeable business complications for which Toni Bond Interiors cannot be held responsible. Toni Bond Interiors will inform you of the starting and ending points of such shipping impediments as soon as reasonably practicable.
Toni Bond Interiors reserves the right to cancel any contract with you if delivery fails three times due to your fault. Payments already made will be refunded. Toni Bond Interiors also reserves the right to charge you for additional costs incurred due to failed deliveries. If your goods remain in our warehouse for more than four weeks, and you fail to accept delivery or redelivery (despite Toni Bond Interiors having contacted you), you may incur a storage charge. We also reserve the right to cancel your order and retain up to 50% of your order value.
Delivery of defective or damaged goods
We strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting your goods upon receipt and immediately notifying the delivery carrier and Toni Bond Interiors of any obvious damage during transit. This action will not affect your rights but will assist Toni Bond Interiors in making claims against the supplier or our delivery agent.
To safeguard your interests, any claims related to short delivery, damaged, or defective goods found upon delivery or at a later date must be reported to Toni Bond Interiors within 24 hours. We do not accept any claims for damage caused by you, the customer.
